Shipping policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Our products are made to order therefore we do not offer refunds.
- Please allow 5-10 Business days for tracking and shipment to be issued, this does NOT include weekends or holidays.
- Please allow 3-4 Business days for delivery after order has been shipped.
- Shipping may vary due to holidays or busy times of the year.
- Any tracking issues with your package you MUST contact USPS for information. Once package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer liable. We can only see the same tracking status as you.
- We are NOT liable for stolen or lost packages.
- Please make sure your address is correct with placing order. You will be required to pay additional shipping charges if item is returned due to wrong address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
